In this instance which is right? "The singer that's has had the most effect on me..." or; "The singer that has had the most affect on me..." when talking about your development as a singer. Thanks

Firstly it's grammar with an "a"in this instance the correct version is "the singer that's had an effect on me" but you could also say " the singer that's affected me most"

It should be the singer that has the most effects on me or the singer that has affected me most.
